The Community Food Bank of Franklin County, TX, established in 1996, is a dedicated non-profit organization based in Mount Vernon, Texas. Our mission is to support the residents of Franklin County by providing essential food assistance. Through the tireless efforts of past leaders and current manager Mrs. Lynn F. Lowry, we continue to rely entirely on public donations to operate and serve our community effectively.
