BBQ Orange Baked Chicken
BBQ Orange Baked Chicken is an easy freezer meal that can be assembled ahead of time in a freezer bag and frozen until you are ready to cook it. Makes dinner time so easy!
A combination of orange marmalade and spicy bbq sauce creates a sweet and tangy sauce for the chicken. Only 5 ingredients, plus salt and pepper are needed for this recipe: orange marmalade, spicy BBQ Sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and boneless, skinless chicken thighs.
You want to give the chicken time to soak up the flavors of the marinade/sauce. It works great to mix all the ingredients together in a ziplock bag in the morning and refrigerate until supper time. Or you can freeze for up to 3 months. Go ahead and make 2 or 3 batches so you have some extra freezer meals stashed away.
